The Spark: A Kitchen Table Realization

CliniQuill started at a kitchen table, not in a boardroom. Our CEO, a physician, watched his wife, a home care occupational therapist who was practicing in three First Nations, spend her evenings hunched over a laptop, charting the day’s client visits and filling out requests for medical equipment and home modifications. After a full day of caring for others, she spent her nights on hours of documentation. He saw the toll it took—not just the lost time, but the mental fatigue and the "after-hours relationship" with her electronic medical record. This is a common reality for thousands of community-based healthcare providers. We built CliniQuill to give hours (and joy) back to these caregivers.

20 Years of Listening to the Front Lines

We aren’t newcomers to healthcare. For over two decades, our team has been on the ground working with First Nations, home care, diabetes care, and community health teams. We see a common theme:
